Yes, All of our pairs sold at Soleseason are brand new and come with the original box. On some rare cases we may not have the original box but if so it will be stated on the product description.
There may be slight imperfections or factory flaws from the manufacturer and retailer that will still be considered brand new.

Yes we do! We are always ready to cash out collectors. The requirements are that the pairs need to be in Brand New / Unworn condition and that they are either Nike Tn's, Tn3's or Tailwinds.

No they are not, Our store uses US sizing and the general rule of thumb for males is to go down 1.5 in size for a women's pair, So for example a Womens US12 is Mens US10.5 and so on.
We list all of our Women's sizes with the male equivalent listed next to it to clear up any confusion, However there is also a sizing chart on every product page to go off if you are unsure of sizing or if you use UK/EU/CM sizing.
Unfortunately due to the rarity of some of our shoes we sell, it can be extremely difficult to restock certain pairs/sizes (sometimes not even possible!) as most of the pairs we stock are long discontinued, rare or the demand is too great for a certain pair.
With newer releases though, Feel free to reach out to our sourcing team if we don't have your size in stock and we can pretty easily find any pair you are after! 😁
While we make sure all our products are brand new and have no defects, We can not ensure that the quality (Glue Marks, Excess paint etc) of every single pair will be perfect. This is out of our hands and is something we cant control - There may be slight imperfections or factory flaws from the manufacturer and retailer that will still be considered brand new.
However if your pair is damaged/defective, We can happily help out with this and we offer either refunds/exchanges if your pair is unworn.
